Bilingual Team Lead position

Temple , TX

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible and able to work flexible shifts and weekend when required

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Introducing new employees to the workplace
• Oversees schedules and attendance records of assigned workers.
• Train, re-train and cross train assigned shift employees.
• Attends and takes part in the safety meetings
• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
